How to Measure Your PD (Pupilary Distance)
PD or Pupilary Distance is the distance between the centers of each eye. Often it is not provided by your optometrist and taken by the optician when you place order for eyeglasses. It should be part of your prescription details, and therefore we highly recommend your request this PD value from your optician.

This value is measured in millimeters (MM) which is used to align the center of the lenses with the pupil. The PD measurement is particularly important for strong prescription. Incorrect PD may result in eye strain or headache.
